Shipping and Processing Charges – Basic Ground
We ship via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), and Fed Ex SmartPost with final delivery by the U.S Postal Service. Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors and are paid by the customer.
Merritt Speech & Learning, Inc. ships all products via standard shipping, usually arriving within 5-7 business days. If you need rush shipping, please call us at 904-721-4122 for a custom rate. At this time, the only currency we accept is the US dollar and our products are available only in the United States.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Washington.
Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
Because our products are of the highest quality available, we feel you will be 100% satisfied. But in the rare case you are not satisfied with our products, our return guidelines are below.
All returns must be pre-approved by Merritt Speech & Learning, Inc. Please call us at 904-721-4122 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a product you would like to return. Please have your Order Number ready.
• Within 30 Days: Returns will be accepted for sealed/unopened/unmarked products within 30 days with an explanation and company authorized return confirmation number for a full refund less shipping costs in the same manner purchase was made. We will accept returns for opened products ONLY if dissatisfaction is due to manufacturing abnormalities. We will not accept returns for opened product beyond the 30 day purchase time frame.
• 30-90 Days: We will accept any unopened returns between 30-90 days of purchase with an explanation and company authorized return confirmation number for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs in the same manner purchase was made.
• After 90 Days: We will not accept product returns 90 days or later from the purchase date.
